Year Completed:  2002

This 11,000sf mixed-use building is sited within ½ mile of the Green Street MBTA station in Boston, MA adjacent to two public bus routes, and is presently occupied by several locally-based community-oriented services organizations, most of whose employees commute by foot, bicycle or public transportation.


The project has been recognized with national awards and in publications.  

 

Public utility upgrades were incorporated on-site and the building has many environmental design and energy efficiency features.
