Transit-Oriented Development

Adjacent to the Southwest Corridor Park and steps from the Green Street MBTA station, this 12,000sf transit-oriented mixed-use building, designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification,  was completed with extensive community and public agency participation.    

The project includes a semi-public defensible open space as well as the restoration and enhancement of a pre-existing pedestrian passageway across the site, providing benefit to adjacent residential communities via direct access to public transportation and area recreation amenities.  

Heat island effect was reduced through the use of covered parking and restoration of pervious site areas as landscaped open space
