​Existing administrative areas within a private psychiatric facility were substantially renovated for conversion to a 12-bed adolescent unit.   

Clinical program needs mandated design for an environment that includes high-impact materials, anti-ligature detailing, fixtures and devices, and special locking arrangements.

Work was completed in an occupied building with phased construction.  An accelerated project schedule was successfully achieved on time and on budget through effective project management  and by using principals of Lean Design /Pull Planning.
