Nestled next to a 40 foot high rock cliff in a what was once a quarry, this 12-unit multi-family dwelling is designed as a 'podium' building with ground level indoor parking and three levels of residential use above.

Due to the nonconforming nature of the site, and other required variances, the project was subject to a rigorous neighborhood and city design review and zoning process to gain necessary approvals.
