The owners of this circa 1990 builder’s spec house sought to differentiate the exterior appearance of their home, while at the same time add space for a growing family.

The project consisted of a 2-1/2 story addition, three season porch and interior alterations, as well as new windows, exterior cladding and envelope repairs.  New and modified exterior window openings, the addition of a front porch and detailing of exterior trim and cladding were employed to improve the scale and relationship of new and existing elements and to create a new look for the home.

Landscaping improvements included new plantings, patio, walkways and driveway realignment and re-surfacing.
