This mini-estate is sited on 2-1/4 acres abutting the Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, MA and includes a working barn and paddock.

 

Elements of traditional farmhouse vernacular are combined with modern amenities to create a New England style country residence for a growing family.  

Many energy-efficient and environmental design features are integrated into the project, including a super-insulated building envelope, high-efficiency equipment and fixtures, materials with recycled content, and low VOC paints and adhesives
