A former paint manufacturing facility was substantially altered for conversion to a new car dealership.  Renovations and alterations consisted of selective demolition and the addition of a 2-story structure with curtain wall façade.  Existing building spaces were re-purposed to accommodate the new program and to conform to brand prototype standards.

Energy efficient and environmental design features include new lighting and controls, building envelope improvements, high-efficiency mechanical equipment/ systems and sunscreen shading devices.

 

Abutting conservation land, the site was redeveloped with new plantings, storm retention and drainage systems.
